My training has a humanistic and integrative ethos which allows me to really focus on you as an indvidual: experiencing you for who you are and what you bring. My counselling style is focused around building a relationship with you, I offer a calm and supportive environment in which I aim to work with you. I have worked with a wide range of issues such as anger, bereavement, trauma, sexual abuse, anxiety and depression, sexuality, self-harm, eating disorders, relationship difficulties, neglect and self-esteem.
